Suniel Shetty fined Rs.20,000 by court

Suniel Shetty fined Rs.20,000 by court Suniel ShettyActor Suniel Shetty has been slapped with a fine of Rs. 20,000 for not appearing in a Delhi court.

A court here Monday imposed a fine of Rs. 20,000 on Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty after he failed to appear before it in a defamation case.

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Savitri allowed the actor's plea seeking exemption from personal appearance but directed him to pay a fine of Rs. 20,000 for his failure to appear in the court.

The court also told the actor to appear on the next date without any fail.

The court was hearing a defamation case filed in October 2013 against Shetty by Delhi-based stuntman Puran Chauhan, who has alleged that they had made false statements before the Delhi High Court.

Chauhan alleged that Shetty had told the high court that in March 2011, his lawyer was beaten by the complainant inside a washroom in the court building.

He claimed that with the help of his false statement, Shetty had managed to obtain a stay from the high court on summons issued for him to appear in a case in which the actor was accused of not paying him nearly Rs.1 crore.

The exemption plea was opposed by advocate Ravinder Kumar, appearing for Chauhan.

OMG! Salman Khan visits Shahrukh Khan’s Mannat to meet AbRam!

OMG! Salman Khan visits Shahrukh Khan’s Mannat to meet AbRam! The unthinkable happened on Tuesday morning. Salman Khan, on his way to an early morning shoot, stopped over at Shahrukh Khan’s residence Mannat to catch a glimpse of the cute AbRam.

The rivalry between the two Khans is very much a thing of the past now. After shaking hands at an Iftar Party last year and hugging at Star Guild Awards earlier this year , the two have now scripted a new page in their friendship with a surprise visit by Salman Khan.

Says a source, “Salman bhai is ruled by his heart. For long, he had wished to see AbRam but today morning he couldn’t help pulling over while passing by Mannat. Bhai wanted to surprise Shahrukh and Gauri.”

The source adds that both Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan warmly welcomed Salman Khan to their house and showed him to AbRam’s room.

AbRam was born to Shahrukh and Gauri last year through surrogacy.

“Salman bhai was overjoyed on seeing AbRam. He lifted him in his arm and even offered to take him out to buy him some balloons,” says the source, adding, “but AbRam, you see, is very smart for his age. He knew it’s the first of April and therefore Fool’s Day, so he didn’t believe a word of what Salman said.

Well, we hope you too don’t believe much of what we just said. Happy Fools Day wishes from ApunKaChoice. Let laughter rule!

Kareena Kapoor's sexy item girl look for Akshay Kumar's 'Gabbar'

Kareena Kapoor's sexy item girl look for Akshay Kumar's 'Gabbar'

Look who is all fit and toned and flaunting her perfect curves in a sexy top and ripped jeans! That's Kareena Kapoor Khan spotted on the sets of Akshay Kumar-starrer Gabbar.

Seeing her in this get-up we are reminded of Sonakshi Sinha in 'Govinda' track from OMG Oh My God. Kareena Kapoor has been roped in to do a special item track for Gabbar which also stars Shruti Haasan in the lead.

The song is being shot at Kamalistan Studios, Jogeshwari. A picture from the sets is already doing the rounds on the internet, and needless to say it has sent the ardent fans of Bebo in a tizzy.

The actress looks drop-dead gorgeous in fusion desi look. The song could be a Diwali treat for the Bollywood buffs as the set was decorated with Diwali lanterns.

While shooting the track, Kareena remained content in her own company. The actress hardly mingled with anyone; rather she kept talking on the phone. Was it her husband Saif Ali Khan on the other side?

We just hope the item track turns out to be as hot and sizzling as Fevicol Se.

Gabbar is written by the Ghajini fame director A R Murugadoss. The movie is expected to release later this year.

Akshay has already started shooting for the film. For the movie he has got a bearded and chikna look.

Esha, Ahana to join Hema Malini on her pilgrimage to the Lok Sabha

Dream Girl Hema Malini had the most divine experience during her journey from Delhi to her Lok Sabha constituency in Mathura.

She was showered with flowers all through the journey.

Speaking from Mathura while trying to balance a dozen meetings, public rallies and road shows for the next 24 hours, Hema said, "It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I travelled to Mathura from Delhi by car. It was a 5-hour journey. Throughout there were supporters of the BJP and my fans showering rose petals on me. I felt I was being divinely blessed for a very tough job ahead."

This is Hemaji's first attempt to contest for the Lok Sabha, and she has her entire family's support.

Says the tireless diva,"No woman has ever won a Lok Sabha seat from Mathura. So if I win it would be a victory on many levels for me and my party."

The BJP surprised Hemaji by offering her a Lok Sabha ticket. "I thought so far my party only saw me fit for the Rajya Sabha. And I was happy doing whatever I could. But when the part high command asked me if I would like a Lok Sabha ticket I was pleasantly surprised. It's a responsibility which I intend to take very seriously."

The one most worried by Hemaji's decision to contest the Lok Sabha elections was her husband. "Dharamji was skeptical. 'Tum kar paaogi? Would you be able to do it? From the Rajya Sabha to the Lok Sabha is a big leap.'He worries too much about me. He thinks I take on more than I can manage. But I assured him contesting elections from Mathura is like a home-coming for me."

Hemaji feels a deep affinity to Mathura. "It is the birth-place of Lord Krishna. And I've always been very closely bonded to Lord Krishna. He is my first love. I've been dancing to His tune since childhood. Somewhere he must have heard and seen my devotion and beckoned me to Mathura."

In spite of the protests the lovely actress felt an immense satisfaction when she arrived in Mathura on Tuesday. "There are people in the party who feel, 'Isskokyon ticket diya. What has she done?' I want to tell them, I'm not in politics to flash my smile and look beautiful. During my tenure in the RajyaSabha I was certainly not a sleeper parliamentarian."

She has big plans for Mathura. "There is unlimited scope for improvement in so many areas. I intend to make the best of the opportunity. There is a definite Narendra Modi wave in the air. We are all very upbeat."

Hemaji would soon be joined in Mathura by her family. "Esha and Ahana will be here with their husbands to campaign for the party. Not only did my daughters offer to be here, my sons-in-law said, 'Aap wahanpe ho hum bhiaayenge.' I think I am very lucky to have such a supportive family."

Dharamji is also expected tojoin his wife in Mathura. "He has to be here when I file my nomination papers. He is very shy of large public gatherings. But he will address the people of Mathura for my sake.

Bollywood's new 'I'll do what I want' woman

Bollywood's new 'I'll do what I want' woman She has been demure, submissive; bold, beautiful; sexy, flirtatious and daring. She has also been holier-than-thou and sometimes, also a vamp. Bollywood, in its over 100 years of existence, has been a canvas of the several shades of a woman. But here's a new colour - the Kangana Ranaut of Queen and the Alia Bhatt of Highway - free-spirited and living life on their terms, much like young contemporary Indian women today.

I'm loving it!

The attitude - vociferous, uninhibited, opinionated, free-willed and independent - is so easy to embrace and fall in love with. It's almost as if the country'swomen, subjugated by social conformity, men, family and environment, have found a part of themselves hidden in some corner of these characters who recognise their path, create it, follow it and then emerge with flying colours.

Take a look at Kangana as Rani in Queen - she leads a simple, protected life like any other middle-class girl in Delhi's Rajouri Garden, or largely, across India; dates a man who doesn't let her dance her heart out even if she loves to, and isn't comfortable with the idea of having a working woman as his wife.

Rani adjusts - something that most 'bharatiya naaris' would do. But she comes into her own when her fiance calls off the wedding, and she announces to her parents that she wouldn't grieve and would instead embark on her honeymoon to Paris and Amsterdam - alone. She survives, enjoys herself and finds out how there is more to life than settling down with a man who doesn't care about her dreams and desires.

Ditto with Highway. But unlike Kangana's Rani, Alia's character Veera is rich and well-travelled. Yet, she feels something amiss and a ride on a highway brings joy to her life.

Her fiance, scared, tries to curb her desire, but here's Bollywood's new 'I'll do what I want' and 'I'll make you do what I want' type of heroine, who chooses to follow her dreams.

When she gets kidnapped, what follows is a journey of self-realisation for Veera, who happens to understand that travelling is not about going up and down in the lift of a hotel, that life is not about glittering social gatherings and she soaks in the joys of being in touch with nature and reality.

Examples of "free-spirited" women in Bollywood cinema may still be few and intermittent, but the trend is here to stay.

Katrina Kaif in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Deepika Padukone in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Ram-Leela, Sonam Kapoor in Raanjhanaa, Parineeti Chopra in Shuddh Desi Romance and Hasee Toh Phasee, Sridevi in English Vinglish and the girls in Chak De! India -- all reflect the new age women who know what they want from life.

Deepika's Yeh Jawaani character gave voice to the desire of a young collegegoer to move out of the comfort of her house and chuck her fat books to explore life and see how her personality improves when she steps out of her mental stereotype. Sridevi's comeback role as a middle-aged housewife in English Vinglish proved that once a woman decides to do something, she does it successfully and age poses no bar.

Even Katrina's Zindagi Na Milegi character believes in seizing the moment and making the most of life instead of running after the conventional.

Parineeti, as the slightly eccentric character in Hasee Toh Phasee, does what she wants - irrespective of whether or not it fits into her family's traditional scheme of things.

These women expressed the grit, determination and indomitable will to live life their way.

It's a joy watching such pleasing and honest portrayals of women on screen. These characters show that if let loose, women can move so much beyond society's 'acceptable' limits.

In the real world, women are gradually reaping the benefits of making their own choices - be it about career, marriage, relationships, family or vocation.

So do us a favour dear people around us - let your daughter, sister, wife and mother have a life of their own. Let them loose!

Alia Bhatt: It's not shallow to care about clothes, make-up

Alia Bhatt: It's not shallow to care about clothes, make-upAlia Bhatt, who sported a de-glam look in her second film Highway, may not be "constantly fashionable" but she says there is nothing wrong in being fashion conscious.

The actress made her debut as an upmarket glamorous girl in Student of the Year.

"I am closer to my second character. But I don't think it's shallow to care about clothes and make-up. Every girl likes to dress up. I didn't really begin to care about my looks until I started acting. Now I enjoy dressing up. But I am not constantly fashionable. There are days when I am in pyjamas at home," she said in an interview.

Excerpts from the interview:

Ques: Which is closer to the real Alia, the shallow clothes horse in Student Of The Year or the sensitive pained girl in Highway?

Alia: I am closer to my second character. But I don't think it's shallow to care about clothes and make-up. Every girl likes to dress up. I didn't really begin to care about my looks until I started acting. Now I enjoy dressing up. But I am not constantly fashionable. There are days when I am in pyjamas at home.

Ques: Not looking good is not an option for you?

Alia: You think so? (laughs) In that case I'll have to be more careful about my appearance.

Ques: How do you rate yourself in 2 States?

Alia: I haven't seen the film. But I love my character in 2 States. She is very different from the girls that I've played in my first two films. She is strong and mature. Which I am at times. At other times, I am not. But the emotions in 2 States were all new to me. I may be speaking too soon. But the director Abhishek Varman is absolutely fantastic.

Ques: Will you live up to the audience's expectations in 2 States?

Alia: Expectations will always be there. But I can't be thinking about that all the time. Only when the film is out, then all the anxieties will sink in. But I still feel I am too new to raise too many expectations. I am okay with failing.

Ques: That's Mahesh Bhatt's daughter speaking?

Alia: My father was the most excited after seeing Highway. He told me he couldn't sleep after seeing my performance. To me that's a very personal triumph. My father's approval means a lot to me. Actually, my entire family's approval means a lot to me. But my father's approval means a little more since he is a fantastic filmmaker and can separate Alia the daughter from Alia the actress.

Ques: Maybe you bring out the fantastic side of all your directors?

Alia: Nooooo, that's giving me too much credit. The novel 2 States was so good. We could easily go wrong in the screen adaptation. I hope people don't feel so. Because we've worked genuinely hard to keep the spirit of the novel intact in the film.

Ques: Which was harder in 2 States - playing a South Indian or playing a wife?

Alia: Speaking Tamil was really hard for me. Fortunately, I didn't have to play the Tamil girl in a loud caricatural way. She is a city girl. She can be from any part of the world. The Tamil side of her comes out when she's speaking to her parents. I didn't have to learn too much Tamil.

The LAST films of Bollywood's Legendary Greats

A look at movies that have marked the end of celebrated careers.
Excitement and anticipation surround every actor’s debut.
But there’s a certain sentimentality attached to their swan song as well.
Whether good or bad is immaterial, all that stays behind is that these films marked the finale of a celebrated career.
Last week's release Youngistaan features one of Hindi cinema’s most beloved actors -- Farooque Sheikh, who passed away in December last year.
In his last role, the reliably solid performer plays personal assistant to the Prime Minister in the film co-starring Jackky Bhagnani and Boman Irani.
We have lost a heartbreaking number of Bollywood legends in recent years, here’s tracing their final works.

Neha Sharma: No one is your friend in Bollywood

Neha Sharma: No one is your friend in BollywoodNeha Sharma, who started her career with southern films, has done a couple of Hindi movies but she still feels like an outsider in Bollywood and says "no one is your friend here".

She was seen in the films Crook, Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum and the recently released Youngistaan.

"I don't think I've found wide acceptance. I don't even think the big banners know about me. But I am still trying to find my bearings around here," said the 26-year-old Bihari girl.

"It isn't easy since I am very conservative at heart. Back home in Bhagalpur, we were a very non-filmy family. We didn't know much about movies except Mr Amitabh Bachchan. And we knew about Sanjeev Kumar because he was my mother's favourite actor. My three siblings were all into academics. And two of them are now settled in Chicago," she added.

Neha is hoping Youngistaan will bring her the kind of recognition that she is working towards.

"I did get my first film easily," said the actress who debuted with director Puri Jagganath's Telugu movie Chirutha in 2007.

"But since then it hasn't been an easy journey for me. Once I did a couple of Telugu films, I wanted to move to Bollywood. That's where the struggle began. Though I bagged 'Crook' with a big banner (Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt) and with a top leading man Emraan Hashmi, the film didn't do well." "Though Crook didn't work, I think it was a good film. Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum received a lot of flak. But it was a commercial success. That's what counts in the film industry," she said.

Though Neha loves Mumbai, she is still wary of Bollywood.

"No one is your friend here. Everyone is here to do her work. I am still searching for a meaning to this industry beyond the box office. Luckily, I got Youngistaan just in time. I am hoping it would be a turning point for me," she said.

It wasn't as if Neha sought a movie career. "Chirutha just fell into my lap. Like thousands of other small town girls I was just another aspirant from Bhagalpur hoping to make something out of my life. I came to Delhi to do a course in fashion designing. While studying I did a bit of modelling. That's how Puri Jagannath saw my pictures and called me. I was game for a movie career," she said.

Chirutha gave her the chance to travel abroad. "It was shot in Australia, New Zealand and Thailand. That was incentive enough for me to do the film," she added. But to start her movie career with a negative character was tantamount to professional suicide.

"Every well-wisher advised me against it. No actress in Telugu cinema who has played a negative role at the start of her career has been accepted as a goody-goody heroine. I took the risk, and it worked.

I became the first Telugu debutant to get mass acceptance in a negative role. In comparison, my character Anwita Chauhan in Youngistaan was a piece of cake. Or should I say a gulaab jamun?"

And Juhi’s wish seems to have come true. The bubbly actress will be paired opposite Salman Khan in an upcoming untitled film, slated to go on floors early next year.

Surprisingly, Juhi and Salman were never romantically paired opposite each other in the 1990s. Juhi has shared screen space with the Dabangg Khan’s professional rivals- Aamir and Shah Rukh- but never romanced him on screen.

Juhi made an impressive comeback with a villainous role in ‘Gulaab Gang’ and stole the thunder from Madhuri, who played the protagonist.

And it will be interesting to see her chemistry with Salman.

Want to be real, not act as a politician: Kirron Kher

Mumbai: Known for her sophisticated and ornate taste in expensive saris and jewellery, Kirron Kher disregards the advice that she must dress simply during her rallies as a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate for the Lok Sabha election from Chandigarh. An anonymous person made the suggestion to her.

Kirron, wife of actor Anupam Kher, wore a sari simpler than her usual taste when she filed her nomination papers in Chandigarh earlier this month.

Meanwhile, she is trying her best to be active on the online platform to connect with people in Chandigarh.

"Good morning Chandigarh! I want to keep on thanking you for the love and support that is pouring in. I promise to fulfill my duties sincerely," she posted Monday morning.

She has even urged her followers on Twitter to "please tweet me your suggestions/advice".

Elton John to marry partner as Britain legalizes gay marriage

Elton John

Los Angeles: British singer Elton John will marry long-time partner David Furnish now that Britain`s legalization of gay marriage has been put into effect, the singer said in an interview on Monday.

John, 67, told NBC`s "Today" host Matt Lauer that he and Furnish, who were one of the first couples to become united when Britain legalized the Civil Partnership Act in December 2005, will marry in a small ceremony this year, as early as May.

"We`ll do it very quietly," the singer said. "But we will do it and it will be a joyous occasion and we will have our children."

John and Furnish have two children born via surrogate, Zachary, 3, and one-year-old Elijah. The singer said he was "very proud of Britain" and the progress made to make gay marriage legal.

"Having our civil partnership was an incredible breakthrough for people that have campaigned for a long time - through the `60s and the `50s in England when it was so hard to be gay and hard to be open about it. And it was a criminal act," the singer said.

"So for this legislation to come through is joyous, and we should celebrate it," he added.

John is one Britain`s most prominent musicians and gay celebrities, and has often used his status in the music world to make a statement on lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality. Earlier this year, the singer wrote a 500-word statement criticizing Russia`s ban on homosexual propaganda.

Britain`s Prime Minister David Cameron hailed the country`s first gay marriages last week when the law came into force, saying that no one should be denied their right to marry because of their sexual orientation.

The decision has caused rifts in Cameron`s Conservative Party where many are opposed to same-sex marriage as it goes against their Christian beliefs.

The 2005 Civil Partnership Act allowed same-sex couples to have the same legal rights as marriage, but not the distinction of marriage.

Haven't found wide acceptance: Neha Sharma on Bollywood

Haven't found wide acceptance: Neha Sharma on Bollywood

Mumbai: Neha Sharma, who started her career with southern films, has done a couple of Hindi movies but she still feels like an outsider in Bollywood and says "no one is your friend here".

She was seen in the films "Crook", "Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum" and the recently released "Youngistaan".

"I don`t think I`ve found wide acceptance. I don`t even think the big banners know about me. But I am still trying to find my bearings around here," said the 26-year-old Bihari girl.

"It isn`t easy since I am very conservative at heart. Back home in Bhagalpur, we were a very non-filmy family. We didn`t know much about movies except Mr. Amitabh Bachchan. And we knew about Sanjeev Kumar because he was my mother`s favourite actor. My three siblings were all into academics. And two of them are now settled in Chicago," she added.

Neha is hoping "Youngistaan" would bring her the kind of recognition that she is working towards.

"I did get my first film easily," said the actress who debuted with director Puri Jagganath`s Telugu movie "Chirutha" in 2007.

"But since then it hasn`t been an easy journey for me. Once I did a couple of Telugu films, I wanted to move to Bollywood. That`s where the struggle began. Though I bagged `Crook` with a big banner (Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt) and with a top leading man Emraan Hashmi, the film didn`t do well."

"Though `Crook` didn`t work, I think it was a good film. `Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum` received a lot of flak. But it was a commercial success. That`s what counts in the film industry," she said.

Though Neha loves Mumbai, she is still wary of Bollywood.

"No one is your friend here. Everyone is here to do her work. I am still searching for a meaning to this industry beyond the box office. Luckily, I got `Youngistaan` just in time. I am hoping it would be a turning point for me," she said.

It wasn`t as if Neha sought a movie career.

"`Chirutha` just fell into my lap. Like thousands of other small town girls I was just another aspirant from Bhagalpur hoping to make something out of my life. I came to Delhi to do a course in fashion designing. While studying I did a bit of modelling. That`s how Puri Jagannath saw my pictures and called me. I was game for a movie career," she said.

"Chirutha" gave her the chance to travel abroad.

"I became the first Telugu debutant to get mass acceptance in a negative role. In comparison, my character Anwita Chauhan in `Youngistaan` was a piece of cake. Or should I say... a gulaab jamum?"

I was emotionally exhausted after filming 'Noah': Emma Watson

Los Angeles: Actress Emma Watson says she needed time to put herself back together after filming `Noah` as the shooting of the biblical epic left her physically and emotionally exhausted.

The 23-year-old `Harry Potter` star said she relaxed in her apartment for some days after filming `Noah`, reportedly.

The British actress said the film had a huge impact on the way she views the world and made her want to give back more.

"You see the movie and you go, `Wow, we are entrusted with this beautiful world,` and it kind of makes you want to make more of an effort and give back instead of take," she said.

The question remains whether Yami will take this backlash as well as Alok Nath took. Alok Nath spoke to Zee News about his trending status in January when `Babuji` was trending.

Lights add drama to WIFW during Earth Hour

Lights add drama to WIFW during Earth Hour
New Delhi: The clock struck 8.30 p.m Saturday - it was the Earth Hour - but lights continued to be turned on at the venue of the glitzy and glamorous Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WIFW) autumn-winter 2014. FDCI president Sunil Sethi however said the design fraternity is all for the cause.

The fashion gala is being held at Pragati Maidan, and the venue is divided into two main show areas, an exhibition area and various lounge areas.

On day four of WIFW, organised by the Fashion Design Council of India, a show was scheduled to begin at 8.15 p.m. People waited eagerly to catch the show, and after a wait of over 30 minutes, Aneeth Arora of péro label presented her autumn-winter line.

The stage was set in such a way that it reminded people of freshly cleared snow-laden roads. A few lamp posts near the ramp made the set up more dramatic.

The lights flickered initially, but soon, they intensified as spotlights on the models who trickled in.

They showcased Arora`s creations, which consisted of woollen red-checkered jacket, lamb wool dress, woollen top and pashmina top and more.

When asked as to why the event didn`t observe Earth Hour, a global environmental campaign observed on a pre-decided day and hour in March every year, Sethi said: "When the show is on, lights are off. There are only a few of them focussed on the models and you see you don`t want people tripping.

"We are for the Earth Hour. We observed it last time but if it is during a show, we don`t have an option because there is a backstage and there are people getting make-up done."

As part of commitment to the planet, people are asked to switch off lights for an hour on Earth Hour.

Sethi said they observed the the event partly.

"We didn`t want any accidents to happen...Unfortunately, in the middle of the show, you can`t observe Earth Hour. We have tried to do it in different parts (of the venue)...like in lounges, we switched off the lights, so we feel our conscience is clear. We have done our bit," he added.

WIFW 2014 grand finale: Kangana's oops moment on ramp

WIFW 2014 grand finale: Kangana's oops moment on ramp

New Delhi: She may have walked with élan in Madhur Bhandarkar`s 2008 release ‘Fashion’, but actress Kangana Ranaut was unable to move forward smoothly as the showstopper for designer Namrata Joshipura at the grand finale of Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WIFW) autumn-winter 2014 here.

The five-day fashion event concluded Sunday and the ‘Queen’ star was invited to sashay down the ramp as Joshipura`s showstopper.

With her curly locks tied up, Kangana made her entry in a strapless floor sweeping black gown with metallic embellishment on the side.

Just after taking a few steps, one could notice her struggling with her gown created by Joshipura. Nevertheless, Kangana gradually walked on the LED lit runway. After stumbling a few times, she slightly lifted her gown up with both hands to avoid herself from falling on the stage.

"I feel her show was good and I feel bad because I let her down," the 27-year-old told reporters here after the show.

The designer missed the chance to walk down the ramp with Kangana and take a bow, but she continued to be happy.

"Stuff happen. Kangana is larger than that. She walked for me and I am happy," said Joshipura.

Despite the mishap, Kangana was in some way delighted to be back on the fashion runway.

"It is nice to be here. Many years after `Fashion` I am getting to walk on the ramp. I was a fashion disaster in `Queen` and a fashion victim in `Revolver Rani`...I love getting dressed and looking good for a change...I like doing shows," said the actress, who will be soon seen in ‘Revolver Rani’.

And if it`s as chic as Joshipura`s show at the fashion week, anyone would feel honoured to be a part of it.

The show had a disc jockey and a drummer playing in coordination and before the models` entry, a few dancers in reflective suits, which matched the theme of the collection, gave an interesting performance.

Joshipura then presented her new range titled electron, which was inspired by the future. New techniques were used. Texturing was used as embellishment, leather palettes were created and twisted fabrics were woven into surfaces.

There were long and short dresses, bodysuits, shorts and jackets in mostly black. Other colours included green, blue and red.

The knee length boots, gloves, gladiator headgear and metal piece on lips of the models, made the outfits more appealing.
